It is a two-component coating. The Econatur line is characterized by using two components for hardening. The microcement powder must be mixed with the resin in the appropriate proportion, so that it provides the ideal hardness and adhesion to the system.
It stands out for its easy application and smooth maneuverability because its hardening time is very long.

It is a water-based resin, with excellent compatibility with cement, to be added to different cementitious mixtures, microcement or mortars, consolidating the cement layers and improving their mechanical properties, elasticity, adhesion and waterproofing.

It is a one-component coating formulated with high-performance cements, aggregates, additives, catalysts, inorganic colorants and synthetic resins.
The Erfitt microcement line is characterized by being a single-component coating. It only needs to be mixed with water to harden. The main difference compared to those that are combined with Indoor resin is that its hardening time is not as long. However, mixing with water and not with resin gives it simplicity when applying.

The new formula of the ready microcement line, based on polyurethane, is characterized by being the most versatile line, as it consists of two possible products in one.
Ready can be a ‘ready to use’ microcement with a hardness of 27 Mpa.
Ready ‘Bi-component’ allows its application on high traffic floors, with an excellent result. Ready to use allows its application on walls with many structural cracks, it has an incredible elasticity. It is waterproof in bulk, but by adding the hardener we increase its im-permeability even more. For both versions just add the color and stir.

It is a one-component water-based acrylic sealant for microcement floors and other supports. It stands out for its high solids content and high impermeability. It spreads evenly, leaving a completely homogeneous film. It seals microcement or cementitious mortars. The essential purpose is sealing or anchoring the microcement or mortars for subsequent finishing with harder products, provides impermeability and avoids roller marks, very high covering power due to its high solids content, and very good planimetry.

It is a water-based resin, with excellent adhesion on any porous or very porous surface, and a permanent residual tack that ensures adhesion between layers; It has great elasticity, maintaining this property for long periods of time with high resistance to water and alkalis, which is why it excellently resists different atmospheric conditions.

Poliurethane varnish is a two component water-based polyurethane coating with excellent hardness and chemical resistance.
Developed with the innovative WMA (Without Matting Agents) technology. Characterized by the absence of matting agents in satin and matte finishes.

Application instructions

ECONATUR MICROCEMENT AND MICROMORTAR APPLICATION

Step 1. Cleaning and preparation of the support.

Check that the surface is level and consolidated. Clean and dry the support.

Step 2. Primer / Bonding bridge.

Apply 1 coat of bonding bridge and place the mesh on tiles or uneven surfaces. Depending on the porosity of the surface, the primer is applied undiluted when it is slightly porous or diluted with 30% water on porous surfaces. Let it dry for a minimum of 30 minutes, a maximum of 2 hours.

Step 3. First layer of econatur base micromortar.

Apply a first layer of pigmented ready microcement with a trowel. Allow between 4 and 8 hours to dry, which may vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. Remove possible burrs with 80 grit sanding. Recommended proportions:10kg of Econatur Fino – 5 liters of Resin
20kg of Econatur Medium – 8 liters of Resin
20kg of Econatur Base – 5 liters of Resin

Step 4. Second layer of econatur base micromortar.

Apply the second layer of econatur pigmented base microcement or micromortar with a trowel. After a drying time between 4 and 8 hours, which may vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. Sand with 80 grit.

Step 5. A layer of fine/medium econatur microcement or micromortar.

Apply the finish by troweling a layer of pigmented microcement or micromortar. Let it dry for 6-8 hours, which may vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. Sand with 120 grit.

Step 6. Second layer microcement or fine/medium econatur micromortar.

Apply the finish by troweling a layer of pigmented microcement or micromortar. Let it dry for 6-8 hours, which may vary depending on the ambient temperature and humidity. Sand with 120 grit.

Step 7. Normal sealant.

Use the sealant on floors, furniture and wet areas to protect the support. Apply 1 coat. Let dry 3 hours.

Step 8. Varnish

Use single-component or two-component varnish, depending on the surface, to protect the support. Apply 2 coats on any surface and 3 coats in wet areas. Let dry 3 hours between coats.
